Through medical care, education, and vocational opportunities, the organization reflects Christ’s call to love and uplift the marginalized. Our Mission

Faith in Growth and Development: A Mission Rooted in Faith and Service

Faith in Growth and Development (FGD) is an organization dedicated to embodying Christ’s teachings through faith-driven action, with a mission to nurture spiritual growth, empower the underprivileged, and foster holistic development in communities. Guided by the principle of “Seeking Jesus, Serving Others,” FGD works tirelessly to address both the spiritual and practical needs of marginalized Christian communities, often in regions marked by persecution and adversity.

Core Pillars of FGD’s Mission

Spiritual Empowerment and Church Planting:
At its heart, FGD seeks to spread the Gospel and strengthen the spiritual lives of individuals and communities. The organization has successfully established 9 Churches and 30 Church congregations in 30 villages, reaching more than 30,000 people with the message of Christ’s love. By planting churches and fostering house congregations, FGD creates spaces for faith, worship, and community-building that are vital for spiritual and emotional resilience.
Compassion in Action:
FGD believes that faith must be accompanied by meaningful action. The organization has provided medical support to over 30,000 individuals and established 3 free 24/7 dispensaries, offering essential healthcare to those who would otherwise lack access. FGD’s commitment to holistic care ensures that its mission addresses both spiritual and physical well-being.
Education and Vocational Training:
Recognizing that education is a powerful tool for empowerment, FGD has awarded 50 girls free Lady Health Visitor (LHV) diplomas, including full accommodation for 7 girls. One of its shining students, Neha Siddque, is now enrolled in Registered Nurse (RN) school and has established 3 dispensaries herself, a testament to the ripple effect of FGD’s efforts. Additionally, the organization sponsors a child with free education, accommodation, and food, creating opportunities for a brighter future.
Economic Empowerment:
Beyond healthcare and education, FGD supports economic development within communities. It has set up an optics shop for a church member, Fiaz Mashi, and enrolled him in an Optometry degree program to ensure sustainable growth. These initiatives not only address immediate needs but also empower individuals to become self-reliant and contribute to their communities.
Global Outreach and Evangelism:
FGD extends its mission beyond borders, having reached villages in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Malaysia. By sharing the Gospel in these regions, FGD connects diverse communities under the banner of faith and hope, spreading Christ’s love to those who need it most.

Future Aspirations

FGD’s vision is expansive and deeply rooted in its faith. In the coming year, the organization aims to:

Build 26 new Churches and reach over 100 villages with the Gospel.
Establish 32 additional dispensaries, providing healthcare access to underserved communities.
Reach over 100,000 individuals in Pakistan with medical aid and spiritual guidance.
Provide 100 more girls with free LHV diplomas, empowering them with education and practical skills.
Sponsor 90 children with free education, accommodation, and food, nurturing the next generation of leaders.
